Webflex Machines is a manufacturer of Embossing Machine. This Foil Embossing Machine is used as embosser to emboss paper laminates wrappers of various items. This includes embossing of paper laminates wrappers of butter, jam, sauce, ice-cream, etc.

This Embosser Machine has mechanical nipping arrangements, simplex unwind and friction driven rewind unit with 3HP AC variable speed motor and control panel. Manufactured using top class raw material and using sophisticated technology this embossing machine is popular throughout India and is also exported worldwide.

Unwind and Rewind unit of Embossing Machine is provided with auto tension control magnetic powder brake with force cooled version feature and tension controller, proximity and 2 load cells. We also provide web aligner with a trolley consisting of hydraulic power pack and its sensor is fitted on unwind unit.
